Refund policy
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned for change-of-mind.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee equal to the standard shipping rate will be deducted from approved change-of-mind refunds.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange a store credit or replacement.
Return after notice timing - customers must send back items within 14 days of notifying the Kormí team
Return shipping responsibility - the customer will be liable for payment of return shipping
Standard outbound shipping refund - you must refund the standard delivery costs (not premium shipping upgrades)
Exemptions - any product types excluded from the right of withdrawal (e.g. personalised items, sealed hygiene products)
Phone number checkout customers - customers who checked out without an email must use the link in their SMS order confirmation to request a return, as they can't access the customer accounts URL without an email
