What skin type is this product for?

Our skincare products are formulated for all skin types. Each product is designed to be gentle yet effective, whether you have oily, dry, combination, or sensitive skin. We recommend checking the specific product description for any skin type recommendations, and always perform a patch test before full application if you have sensitive skin.

How often should I use this product?

Most of our skincare products are designed for daily use. Cleansers and moisturizers can typically be used twice daily (morning and evening), while serums and treatments are usually applied once or twice daily. For exfoliating or intensive treatments, follow the specific instructions on the product label. If you're new to a product, start with once daily and gradually increase frequency as your skin adjusts.

Can I use this with other products?

Yes, our products are designed to work well with other skincare items. We recommend applying products in this order: cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen (AM only). Avoid mixing active ingredients like vitamin C, retinol, and acids on the same day if you're new to skincare. If you're unsure about combining specific products, consult the product instructions or contact our customer service team.

How long before I see results?

Results vary depending on the product and your skin condition. Most people notice improvements in hydration and texture within 1-2 weeks of consistent use. For anti-aging, acne, or brightening products, allow 4-8 weeks of daily use to see significant results. Skin cell turnover takes about 28 days, so patience and consistency are key. Always use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin and enhance results.

Is this product suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. Look for products labeled as hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and dermatologist-tested. If you have very sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend doing a patch test first by applying a small amount to your inner arm or behind your ear. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Our customer service team can also help recommend products for sensitive skin.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order once purchased?
